Subject: Ham Radio Demonstration for Cub Scouts

 
  On Tuesday, April 7th, 2015 at 7:00pm, we will be having a Ham Radio Orientation session for some of the Elk River Cub Scout Packs. The meeting will be held at the Methodist Church on Main Street here in Elk River. We will be explaining the advantages of using Ham Radio, and how we assist during disasters. We will also be inviting the Scouts to talk on our radios to some Ham Radio operators from narby cities.

Subject: Repeater Update
  Effective immediately, the VHF repeater in Princeton, MN is now recoordinated and on-line. It has a new frequency assigned which is 146.775 with a CTCSS tone of 146.2.

  Effective immediately, the VHF repeater in Big Lake, MN is now recoordinated and on-line. It has a new frequency assinged with a frequency of 145.490 with a tone of 146.2.
